The City of Kenton is a mandatory filing city, which means that all residents ages 18 and over are required to file a return. Even if you have no income, you must file. All persons or businesses who engage in any form of activity or provide goods or services within the City are required to file an annual City income tax return. This includes individuals that collect rent from rental properties.
This is a basic overview and does not replace or supersede the Kenton City Income Tax Rules and Regulations.
